Diana has held many hats throughout her career growth. She has an extensive hospitality management background, with a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University. Her experience stems from working for an eco-lodge in the jungle of Nicaragua, a luxury business hotel in Downtown Miami, and private healthcare. From the inception of her educational career at FIU, she learned that a company’s most significant asset is its employees. In the fast-paced private healthcare industry, is where she honed in on all her skills and seamlessly revamped and delivered a more unified onboarding and training experience. Diana is committed to supporting Cynergy’s employees’ career development and upholding Cynergy’s mission and values. She keeps an open-door policy and is always helpful in assisting the team with all HR functions.
