Juan Manuel Fernandez is Cynergy Property Management’s Marketing Manager, bringing more than a decade of brand-building experience that spans retail, luxury interior design, and the music industry. Before joining Cynergy, Juan launched new product lines and go-to-market strategies throughout North and South America—most notably the U.S. debut of the Automobili Lamborghini Bodacious Kitchen, where he secured the first sales and forged partnerships with premier luxury-real-estate developers and Lamborghini brand affiliates.
Juan’s career started on tour as a stage guitarist, then as a consultant and producer for independent bands—work that honed the audience insight and storytelling instincts he now applies to data-driven campaigns. At Cynergy, he directs all outward-facing communications, digital marketing, and investor messaging, supporting the firm’s technology-forward mission to deliver transparent reporting and optimized asset performance for multifamily portfolios.
A committed technologist, Juan champions the adoption of marketing-automation and analytics platforms that streamline workflows and enhance the resident and investor experience, reinforcing Cynergy’s reputation for proactive, performance-driven management across Florida, Georgia, and the broader Southeast.
Juan holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration & Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas) and a B.M. in Music Production & Engineering, Cum Laude, from Berklee College of Music (Boston).
