Mrs. Sanchez is the Corporate Accountant reporting directly to the CFO. Mrs. Sanchez is responsible for the entire accounting cycle including researching, analyzing, identifying, and explaining variances on financial statements.

Using her 20+ years’ extensive bookkeeping knowledge from the hotel and tourism industry, she diligently reviews all aspects of various accounting protocols and procedures by applying strict adherence to internal controls that mitigate errors and omissions.

Not only a valuable team player, Mrs. Sanchez is proactive with the property management staff as it relates to training with respect to accounting procedures. With a firm belief of investing in employees, she takes the time and effort in coaching and mentoring property managers on best practices and how to leverage the software platform.

Mrs. Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
